Spaghetti and Sound Meditation
As remote learning kicks in again for hopefully just a few days, this meditation may be of use before and at the end of the day.
It is very much an invitation to kids to get back into feeling their body with the use of their senses.
Children do not need to be still in this meditation. It is also a fun thing to do togather.
If the progressive muscle relaxation does not work for you, have a good laugh by looking at me doing it ;)
