Therapeutic Sessions

Our one-on-one customised therapeutic sessions are designed to give you exactly what you need. If yoga and other self-care practices are hard to fit into a busy life, private sessions can be a great way to achieve wellbeing outcomes and goals in a time that suits you. Our private sessions are currently held via Zoom video conferencing with opportunities for in-person sessions.

Somatic Coaching Sessions

Wai Ying is the perfect ally if you're looking to design a life that truly reflects your authentic self. Her supportive and grounded presence will help you discover your inner voice and knowing, while her diverse skills will guide you to access your head, heart, and gut intelligence in a gentle way.

Wai Ying firmly believes in our innate wholeness. Coaching with her can serve as a reminder of that wholeness in you. She will listen closely to you while creating a secure space where you can reflect and gain profound insights. If you’re feeling stuck, Wai Ying's coaching might just be what you need to feel freer and more empowered.

Her approach is informed by the years of experience as a Somatic Movement educator and meditation facilitator as well as the latest in positive psychology and coaching best practices.
