This class is specially catered towards individuals with limited mobility, recovering from injuries or operations or for those after a gentler yoga practice.
The class will involve supported physical postures, breath practice, relaxation and meditation.This class will not require participants to sit on the floor. Students will be completely supported with props.
Gentle Pace Yoga Class is currently held on Monday @ 6:00pm (starts 14th July).
Term enrollments and casual attendance is available for this class.
