This monthly 1.5hours long restorative yoga class focuses on rebalancing the nervous system towards the parasympathetic nervous system and rejuvenate our bodies through the practice of supportive physical postures, breathing practices and meditation to bring on a sense of deep relaxation.
The willingness to relax is all that is needed in this class. The body’s natural healing abilities is brought to the fore.
